Scope of Work:

  1. Demolition Scope:
    • Basement
    • Level 01, excluding specified wall and cantilever on the eastern side as detailed.
  2. Proposed Design:
    • Mixed-use building featuring:
      • 5 retail spaces across basement and first level.
      • 24 accessible residential units are distributed across the first, second, and third levels.
  3. Building Configuration:
    • Ground floor frontage on 2nd Street dedicated to commercial use.
    • Primary residential entrance positioned on the side of the building.
