The project scope includes the following design elements:

• Plot area 1,320,000 sf
• Five warehouses teach 40,000 square feet, totally 200,000 sf
• A 50,000-square-foot office building

Additionally, the project involves the comprehensive design and implementation of interconnecting roads, landscaping, and compliance with ADA standards. All design and operational requirements will be in accordance with Abu Dhabi Municipality regulations and the Department of Transportation of Abu Dhabi standards.
