Warehouse Project in Georgia, USA

Design a new warehouse building for Sun Coast Shipping, LLC in Savannah, Chatham County, GA.

Scope of Work: This new construction project includes the following areas:

  • Warehouse: 4,200 square feet
  • Office Space: 2,240 square feet

The project will incorporate ADA-compliant features to ensure accessibility, including access ramps to the building and public accessible toilets.

Property Information:

  • Location: Situated on the south side of Jimmy Deloach Parkway, between Interstate 95 and Benton Boulevard, in Savannah.
  • Size: 8.170 acres of industrially zoned land.
  • Frontage: 441.44 feet.
